All REGISTERED Breeding animals are required to show proof of BREED REGISTRATION and lease agreement (if applicable) to the show officials during the check-in before the animal will be officially entered. If not, they will be moved to the crossbred class and shown by weight (they will need to be weighed.
Bedding and CLEAN-UP is the exhibitor’s responsibility. Bring your shovels and wheelbarrows to remove bedding, fitting trash & manure to designated areas or roll-off dumpster. Please do not put manure in trash cans.
Water & Electric Hook-ups are charged $30 a night. Dry Camping fee is $20 a night. Sewer dumping is available with payment. You may show out of your livestock trailers. Livestock trailers plugged in will be charged a camping fee of $30 a night.
For the Arizona Classic Show, the CAFA Organization and show officials will follow the CDC considerations and suggestions to help prevent the further spread of COVID-19.
We ask if you do not feel well, please do not attend the show.
The health and safety of our Arizona Classic livestock participants is our highest priority; thus, we will be encompassing the following into our show regime.
✔ FACE COVERINGS Will be REQUIRED to be worn while on Fairgrounds property. Exhibitors will be REQUIRED to wear Face Masks in the Show ring.
Arizona Classic will follow Pinal County Health Department mandates for Special Events and will require face masks while on the fairgrounds property and this includes wearing face masks while in and around the show rings.
✔ The Arizona Classic Show will require every exhibitor and one of their parents/guardians to sign a waiver to participate in the show.
✔ Frequent cleaning/disinfecting of frequently used items/facilities
✔ Face coverings will be available if you do not have one
✔ Hand Sanitizer will be located throughout the area utilized by the show
✔ There will be NO contact between the judges and the exhibitors – no hand shaking, fist bumps, etc.
It is your personal choice to attend this show and we ask that you please keep your household at a 6-foot distance, wash your hands, use hand sanitizer and be respectful of other people’s space.
Masks are required to be worn anytime you are on fairgrounds and this includes in the show ring.
Most importantly please have patience and be respectful of these requirements, as at least the kids are getting to show.
